K&S Design Build was founded in April 2023 by two dedicated industry professionals with a combined 21 years of construction and management experience. As owner-operators, we bring a hands-on approach to every project we take on. We take pride in offering a personalized experience that focuses on customer service as well as project management. Our journey started with a shared vision of creating a construction company that stands out for its quality, trustworthiness, and commitment to community growth.
