This project involved a full-scale renovation and reconfiguration of an existing home, transforming it into a modern, functional living space. Our clients purchased the house with the vision of creating their dream home, and we were entrusted with bringing that vision to life before they moved in.

Key Highlights

– We stripped the house down to the studs, addressing structural issues by replacing most of the framing. Complete roof remodel, featuring asphalt shingles and Spanish tile for a distinctive look. With help from our designer, we were able to craft a custom kitchen that includes a built-in bench tailored to fit a dining table for seamless family gatherings. Comprehensive upgrade of all plumbing, including main lines, a full electrical overhaul to meet modern standards, enhanced insulation for improved energy efficiency, and Level 5 drywall for a smooth, flawless finish. Remodeled both bathrooms with premium fixtures and finishes, and updated all three bedrooms to enhance comfort and style.
