Right next to Disney Hall, you’ll find Bunker Hill Towers – a captivating 31-floor gem straight from the 1960s. Our mission? Combining two adjacent apartments into one harmonious space. These buildings aren’t known for being easy, but we dove right into the challenge to bring our customer’s dreams to life.

Starting with the basics – we tore down kitchens, bathrooms, and floors. But that was just the tip of the iceberg. Rewiring, load calculations, and shifting plumbing came next. We teamed up with engineers, management, and inspectors to birth an open plan with breathtaking LA vistas. The result? A mix of modern and industrial with a cozy touch. We turned this 1960s apartment into a modern oasis, where the past meets the present
